Battling with your weight isn’t easy. It can be annoying, it can be overwhelming and above all else, it can be exhausting.
As women, we tend to take on too much. We place the weight of the world on our shoulders, yet think nothing of ourselves, our health, or even our weight. Instead, we avoid cameras, we buy t-shirts that are too big, and we make excuses. Next week, next month, then that turns into next year. And before we know it five years have gone by and we’re the same.
I’ve been there, I’ve struggled. I know how it feels to hit a wall and feel defeat. It’s the very reason I wanted to become a nutritionist. My intention is to help women who are in that tough spot, the one between understanding that it’s time to do something and not knowing where to start. I want to help push down fears, combat all excuses, and celebrate triumphs.
